Project: Integrated marketing for Ultrafast
Problem: We had a new service—delivery in as fast as 15 minutes. We couldn’t legally say 15 minutes, so how could we show the speed and convenience of this offering?
Solution: Cart it in minutes. Easy and to-the-point. And since we were launching this new service in Chicago, we highlighted situations that Chicagolanders would understand.
Impact: Ultrafast ended up being scrapped. People love fast delivery, but 15 minutes was so fast, it was hard for Instacart to keep up.
