My agency had almost no social media presence, so I took matters into my own hands.

Starting from scratch, I assembled a small team to launch an Instagram account. We wanted to have a creative outlet where we could show a bit more of our culture and fun side.

We decided to go off-brand and give each month a unique color that reflected the changing seasons. Our content pillars included employee highlights, client features, and email marketing tips. Our goal was to attract new talent and strengthen client relations.

The impact?

A tighter sense of camaraderie internally, closer relations with our clients, and more interest in our agency brand.
